Lisa is a licensed massage therapist in private practice 15 years on the central coast, a graduate of Hirudaya Holistic Life Center, with continued studies from both the Esalen and Upledger Institutes. She has held her practice in wellness settings with acupuncturists, and alongside Dr. Gary Foresman of Middle Path Medicine, an internal medicine physician with a holistic focus, as well as providing services at women's retreats in Big Sur, California.
Lisa primarily integrates a blend of techniques from Esalen, Lomi Lomi, Deep Tissue, Reiki and CranioSacral therapies, with emphasis to release discomfort as well as bring a full sense of wellbeing into each session. As a former counselor, educator and advocate with trauma and at risk populations, she has been in process of furthering her professional development to include SER, SomatoEmotional Release. Alison Bode, CMT, RYT

Alison Bode is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and Certified Massage Therapist specializing in Orthopedic and Oncology Massage. After receiving her Bachelors from Cal Poly SLO, Alison went on to study massage at California Holistic Institute, Esalen Institute and The Academy of Clinical Massage and complete her yoga teacher training at The Kripalu School of Yoga and Ayurveda. In her massage practice, she sees clients for both general relaxation massage and clinical massage to provide relief from specific pain. She tailors each session to meet her client's needs by listening carefully to each individual's concerns and addressing their specific needs in a session for optimum results. Most often, she combines Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Lomi Lomi, Orthopedic and Myofascial Release techniques to create an individualized therapeutic experience.
